Hands & Voices

In previous editions of the newsletter, we mentioned that the executive director of Hands & Voices, a parent-driven non-profit organization dedicated to providing unbiased support to families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, would be coming to Indiana. On July 18th, LeeAnne Seaver presented her organization and the parents in attendance voted overwhelmingly, to start a chapter here in Indiana. Jodee Crace volunteered to lead the group and the process is underway to begin a chapter of Hands and Voices in the state of Indiana. For more information on Hands and Voices, check out www.handsandvoices.org.  OR, If you are a parent of or professional working with deaf or hard of hearing children, and you would like to be involved, please contact the Outreach Department and we will let Jodee know.
